                You will be placed on hold until the scheduled presentation time. To ensure the full event experience, we cannot connect you to a presentation later than 5 minutes after it has already started.

                Although this is a live session, all participants’ phone lines will be muted to avoid interruptions during the presentations.                 Click on your selected presentation topic time above to register. You may be prompted to enter details such as your name, email address, CarePlus member ID number, and date of birth.

                If you register in advance for a future event: You will receive an email with the event information and a link to join the presentation on Zoom. The email will be sent to the address you entered during registration.

                If it’s time to connect to the presentation: After you register, you can click “Join Meeting.” The link to join will be available 15 minutes before the presentation starts and remain active for 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.

                You will be placed on hold until the scheduled presentation time. To ensure the full event experience, we cannot connect you to a presentation later than 5 minutes after it has already started.

                How to Join the Presentation on Zoom

                1. Open the email containing the link to the meeting. This was emailed to you after you registered for the event.
                2. Click on event link and Select “Join Meeting.”
                3. If it’s your first time using Zoom, download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app on the App Store, Google Pay, or Amazon App Store.
                4. Follow prompts to join meeting after downloading application.


                You will be placed into the meeting using your computer audio.
